Each building had its own contractors and systems. The developer wanted one operations centre and one data model before the first tenants moved in.
Our approach
SEYA Projects acts as master systems integrator across all contractors. SEYA Tech builds the integration platform and network; SEYA Security & Intelligence defines the security concept and control-room procedures.
